Trinity Kids Christmas Choir

Dear Parents, 

We are excited for your child to join Trinity Kids CT Christmas Choir. This is an opportunity not just to sing a beautiful carol on Christmas Eve but for children to participate in worship and be developed as vocalists in a choir setting. 

The choir is for K-5th grade kids who are able to listen to instructions and stand still (as possible!) The choir is also open to a few middle school students who would like to help as "section leaders" for the kids.

An email with practice instructions and a recording of the song will be sent out before Thanksgiving so the kids can familiarize and practice at home.

Rehearsal dates and locations are:

• Mon, Dec 8: 4:30-5:30pm at Trinity Ministry Center, 5 River Rd, Cos Cob
• Mon, Dec 15: 4:30-5:30pm at Trinity Ministry Center, 5 River Rd, Cos Cob
• Sun, Dec 21: Final rehearsal at the Hyatt  immediately after the service
• Wed, Dec. 24: Early arrival to Christmas Eve service at the Hyatt (time TBD)

For the best experience, we prefer for the children to attend all rehearsals and commit to practicing at home. (One Monday rehearsal could be missed with approval if necessary.) The rehearsals are in successive weeks in December to help aid retention of material and build rapport. If you have a conflict with one date, please talk to Anne and we will decide if participation can still work.

This will be the second annual kids choir moment at Trinity and we look forward to how it will bless the church on Christmas Eve!
